Frequently asked Questions

CLINICS

How do I get on a waiting list for a sold out clinic?

Contact us at admin@calmwillingconfidenthorses.com.au to be added to a sold out clinic.

Do you have Fence sitting/Auditors for your clinics?

We don't have fence sitting for the public, only supporters of full participants. Our focus is on deep learning for those that have invested time and money in participating. Participants are given access to fence sitting tickets prior to the clinic for their supporters.

How do I host a clinic?

Contact us at admin@calmwillingconfidenthorses.com.au. We require indoor arenas and round yard with neat and clean facilities.

What happens if my horse is lame/unwell before the clinic?

Contact us at admin@calmwillingconfidenthorses.com.au to discuss your options. Sometimes the Participants Without a Horse may wish to take up the full riding position (pending availability) and you move to a Participant Without a Horse position. Refer to the Payment Refund and Cancellation Policy

How do I make final payment for a clinic?

Please create an account on signing up, then a reminder is sent to you as full payment is required 28 days prior to the clinic. Contact us at admin@calmwillingconfidenthorses.com.au for a personalised link to assist.

Can I cancel my spot in a clinic?

Please refer to the Refund and Cancellation policy upon signing up. It is possible to transfer positions to a Participant Without a Horse (pending availability and time allowance). However if you cannot attend it is up to you to find a replacement if one is not available on a waiting list. Refer to the Payment Refund and Cancellation Policy

How old does my horse need to be for a clinic?

Young and green horses are ok, however their work will be limited as they are vulnerable at this stage. Please discuss with us if you are unsure at admin@calmwillingconfidenthorses.com.au

What do I need to bring to a clinic?

Camp chair, notebook, pens, feed for your horse, lunch for yourself, water, saddle and tack, preferably a 12-14ft lead rope, training stick and stiff rope halter.
