I am lucky to not only call Shelley my very good friend, but also my mentor when it comes to horse behavior and training. Growing up in Germany I rode many, many different horses over the years, but they were all rather educated, so I never leant how to train. When I got my young WB mare with increasing behavioural problems due to physical issues, Shelley not only helped me to figure out what was going on, but taught me how to train, so I was able to start my current young horse myself and now am in fact training horses for clients. I never thought I would have the skill set to do so.
